Safe Electric registration and certification

Safe Electric, the register run by the Register of Electrical Contractors of Ireland (RECI), is the electrical safety supervisory framework for the Republic of Ireland. EV charger installation work has to be carried out and certified by a registered electrical contractor, and certification is a condition of the SEAI EV Home Charger Grant, which is funded by Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland.
